I am accepting new clients virtually in PA & NY. I help young adults and adults navigate life transitions, identity development, codependence self-esteem/self-worth; grief; relational issues; anxiety; depression; ADHD; & trauma. I also offer & am passionate about psychedelic integration. I believe that by building trust within ourselves, we are able to better navigate personal relationships. I think it is vital to look at reoccurring themes in our lives, deconstruct how we make meaning in our lives through the stories we tell, & explore difficult emotions to find acceptance, compassion, & respect for ourselves & others. I help my clients increase self-awareness, self-worth, strengthen interpersonal boundaries, & uncover patterns in their lives. I empower my clients to face fears & sit with difficult emotions in order to move through the challenges & joys of life differently to enact sustainable change. I also help clients integrate psychedelic experiences they've had. While being genuine, humorous, & honest, I help my clients improve their relationships with themselves. I recognize that my clients are the experts of their own lives & that growth is difficult. I am here to empower/support people in this process of growth & deep understanding.
