I understand how big this step is, looking for a therapist that will be a good fit, motivating yourself to keep the first appointment, and applying some of the tools and insight that you gather along the way. My goal in the therapeutic setting to is always take a person-centered approach and honor the needs and wants of my clients. I offer telehealth in the hopes of continuing to meet clients where they are at, in a place that feels most comfortable to them, and at a time that is feasible with the chaos that life can bring us. As an LCSW, I have the opportunity to work alongside others as they navigate life experiences. I have experience in a variety of settings, military, teens, schools, adults, geriatric, homeless, and corrections. My skillset involves working with individuals who may experience a variety of addictions, anger, intimate partner violence (survivors and offenders), depression, anxiety, assertive communication, and life transitions. I utilize various theoretical approaches and pride myself on taking a judgment-free and inclusive approach.
