Your mind is going in a million different places with everything that needs to be done, but you aren't getting a single thing accomplished. Loss of a loved one, divorce, family or peer relationship issues, struggles with substance abuse, reintegration into civilian life after time in the military can all cause feelings of being overwhelmed. You are looking for a safe, non-judgmental place to be heard. You are not alone. Compassion, respect, and teamwork are the foundations of my practice. My role is to actively listen while you tell me your story so together, we can sort through the experiences that brought you here. You will be able to develop your strengths that have always been there, discover new ways of being, and process the "stuff" that keeps you stuck.
