I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist and have experience working with individuals and couples, as well as those with a variety of backgrounds, sexual orientations, ages, and cultures with multiple areas of concerns. I am dedicated to helping clients address the ups and downs in life and to help them find their strength and happiness. It is my belief that every person has a deep inner strength and can learn to care for themselves while maintaining close and supportive relationships with others. I utilize Somatic Experiencing (SE) therapy as a tool in treating issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other stressful life events. I have also been trained in Exposure & Response Prevention and EMDR. Through these, and other treatment types, I work with my clients with the intent to heal their mind, body, and spirit.
