It takes courage to be vulnerable, to step into the therapy space, to be open to the process. My approach is to offer a compassionate and supportive space to remind you that none of us need to journey alone. You don’t have to have it figured out. It's all about taking the next step. In my years as a clinical social worker, I have partnered with adolescents, adults, couples and families in areas such as depression, anxiety, ADHD across the lifespan, recovering from traumatic experiences, emotionally supportive relationships, LGBTQ+ experiences and understanding the complicated family reactions to difference. I have previous experience working with children, adolescents, and their families as a high school teacher, mentoring program director and BHIS (behavioral health intervention services) program director.
