I am a Doctor of Behavioral Health and Licensed Clinical Social Worker that specializes in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and work with adults where traditional psychotherapies have been ineffective. I work with a broad range of emotional and behavioral problems. I have advanced training in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and work with patients with many issues (grief, career issues, life transitions and others). My training also includes helping patients to better manage their physical health and lifestyles to achieve optimal health. Cognitive-Behavioral therapy is a research proven approach which is more effective than other therapies in treating certain disorders. When learned and consistently practiced it can lead to the alleviation of many symptoms related to emotional and behavioral disorders. I am licensed both in Florida and Texas and I provide counseling services via teletherapy. I empower patients to change their thinking, feelings, and behaviors.
