I am interested in helping people work through their depression, trauma, and other mental health ailments. Hopefully, helping my clients to see issues from a different perspective and provide them with the hidden hope that they can't see in themselves. I like to work with CPT and positive psychology. I think most issues we have adults can be traced back to specific instances in a person's life. Once we can isolate those instances then we can work on reframing them in a positive light. I understand what depression does to a person, I understand what it takes for most people to come out of depression and emotional dysregulation. I am here to listen and help.
