I have a general individual psychotherapy practice with experience treating adult depression, anxiety, self esteem, relationship issues and phase of life transitions. I also work with family and parenting issues with respect for the many complex difficulties facing families today. I offer a compassionate and caring approach, utilizing a variety of psychotherapy techniques determined by individual needs and issues. I worked in a college counseling center for 18 years and have expertise in treating the problems and issues which confront the college age student and young adults in transition to adulthood. I also have been working with older adults as they face the challenges of a changing lifestyle and the decisions and feelings involved.
