I have a wide range of experience working with adults, children, adolescents, and families. My primary area of interest includes children and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, ADHD, OCD, family conflicts/family stressors, and stressors related to school. I also work with individuals of all ages and treat a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, emotional issues, self-esteem, and relationship issues. I offer a variety of specialities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy. I also provide a strength based approach in which we will focus on the positives in life. I offer counseling in two locations as well as online counseling. My style is warm and interactive. Each client is different, therefore, I have an integrative approach utilizing a variety of orientations to assist each client in reaching their goals. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgemental environment where change and growth can take place. I am currently taking new clients.
