I specialize in working with adults and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, suicidality, and interpersonal challenges. I offer compassionate, evidence-based approaches, including Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, with Eye Movement Desensitization and trauma therapy.
