I provide coaching services to teens, young adults and their families who struggle with ADHD and executive function skills. Challenges include, but are not limited to organization, time-management, prioritization, study skills, social skills and planning. During the coaching process, we pinpoint goals and dreams and uncover underlying issues that are holding them back. Together, we work on developing tools, skills and strategies in order for clients to reach their goals and lead a more fulfilling life. I have extensive knowledge of ADHD and a very deep appreciation of the emotional toll suffered by people with ADHD. My role is to be an active listener and to bring a unique point of view. We explore how to make the most of your inherent strengths, talents, and passions, so you can reach your goals. I adore my interesting, energetic, creative clients and give my utmost to ensure that each one understands how unique he or she is. I strive to make all clients feel like they have found a safe, judgement-free place where they belong. I see clients via Zoom, Skype, in person or by phone.
