I enjoy helping clients explore their thoughts and feelings while working closely to develop effective coping, decision making, and skill based learning tools. Trauma-Focused CBT, CBT, Solution-Focused, components of DBT, and client-centered. I assist in processing grief/loss, balancing work-life stress, managing depression and anxiety, implementing anger management techniques, resolving interpersonal conflict, managing diagnostic symptoms, working closely with victims of direct/vicarious trauma/community violence. In addition to holding Clinical Social Work licenses in Missouri and Illinois, I am also licensed in Georgia, Arizona, and Texas and provide VIRTUAL services through the HIPPA Compliant Telehealth services Teladoc and Sondermind.
