My goal is to create a safe environment that allows you to feel comfortable enough to engage fully in therapy so that I can help you achieve your full potential. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and find it especially successful in helping clients overcome negative self-beliefs, fears, and traumatic events.
