My name is Jennifer Plaistowe and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles. I am currently working with clients statewide via telehealth. Supporting others in their own journey toward growth, change, and healing is a privilege and passion of mine. I specialize in supporting those who are attempting to manage anxiety, navigate relationship issues, treat depression, work through trauma, and cope with various life transitions. I believe that in therapy, we connect to each other as humans first and foremost. My approach is warm, supportive, and inclusive. I utilize a person-centered approach to therapy, incorporating somatic, mindfulness, trauma-informed, and cognitive behavioral therapies. I am dedicated to creating a compassionate, safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space for others to explore life’s complex challenges.
