You're "weird," you're queer, you were bullied for being nuero-divergent before we had a word for it. You know that this world doesn't fit you, but you were told that you needed to change to fit this world. You've been through it! And, the lack of attunment and understanding from those around you has only led to more trauma. Through an attachment lens we will direct compassion at yourself and heal your internal relationship as well as your external ones. I'll guide you to consciously examining your relational patterns and begin to shift them. I work with a combination of talk therapy, EMDR, and sometimes art, to help you find balance and heal. You can have the healthier relationships you deserve. Healing does happen. I invite people of all gender and sexuality expressions. I invite poly, monogamous, and kink folks. I invite sex workers. I invite all clients to bring all parts of themselves into the therapy room (Culture, spirituality, gender, sexuality, etc.). I value wholeness and authenticity.
