As an independent licensed mental health counselor, who has full knowledge and experience working in the field throughout the lifespan, I am determined that I will be a great asset to clients who are in need of mental health support. I provide all clients with empathic support and encourage their internal exploration. My practice is a judgment free zone. I provide clients an environment where they will feel safe to discuss and express what they are feeling and coping with. I enjoy working with people and watching them grow by using skills and strategies that they have learned to assist them in their stressors and dilemmas. I am a strong believer that by helping my clients get in touch with their inner selves, they can bring contentment into their lives and achieve greater personal and professional satisfaction. My style is client centered, strength-based and non-judgmental.
