As a Counselor, it is my hope to help individuals navigate a better sense of self through positive choices within their own lives to help them feel valued. I help clients explore and learn from their own experiences and help them develop being open and honest while advocating for themselves. I bring the experiences as a parent, sibling, friend, and a professional to help clients be motivated and successful in their healing. There is healing from each and every traumatic and stressful life experience.
