I enjoy helping people with anxiety and getting through difficult times. I work to reach the goals of the client. We make goals each session to improve on for next session. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. I also work with motivational interviewing. I use these techniques to work on coping skills and negative thought processes.
