Welcome! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker providing therapy to individuals in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Many of my clients have an interest in spirituality or spiritual practices & they identify as deep thinkers and want to learn more about themselves. My clients often begin therapy because they are feeling a sense of 'stuckness' or that something is getting in their way of living an authentic life, feeling empowered, being happy, or having meaningful relationships and experiences. My approach to therapy is soul-led and insight-oriented and is influenced by depth-psychology, esoteric & archetypal psychology, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I combine traditional talk therapy while integrating mindfulness and experiential practices (such as expressive arts, guided imagery, use of astrology & tarot symbolism, and somatic awareness). It is not always easy navigating the seasons of our lives. You are the expert of your life AND I also understand that sometimes it's helpful to have a guide along this journey of life. I see my role as someone to help you see and navigate challenging terrain as well as someone to help you access the inner resources and wisdom to move forward (or to rest).
