Handspring is a modern mental health clinic that provides personalized, evidence-based behavioral care for children, adolescents, and young adults. We currently serve children ages 10-18 and young adults ages 18-24 who are looking for treatment for anxiety, depression, or behavioral difficulties. Our therapeutic approaches include CBT, DBT, organizational skills training, behavior therapy, exposure & response prevention, and parent management training. We offer individual therapy, family therapy, and parenting training. Our approach tends to work best for families who are able to consistently engage in weekly sessions that are action-oriented, problem-focused, and collaborative. I have worked with individuals with trauma, emotional dysregulation, mood disorders and self-esteem. I use a blend of solution-focused, CBT, and person-centered treatment. In my spare time, I spend time with my wife and 3 boys enjoying time outside and helping them discover new things. When I'm not with them, I enjoy gaming, Marvel movies, and anime.
