I show up as my authentic self to therapy so my clients can. I love working with individuals who are ready to make some changes in their life. I am not a "one-size-fits-all" type of therapist and that's what I love about my work. I work with different issues such as trauma, attachment styles, cultural identity, first generation college students, members of LGBTQIA+, and more. It’s an honor serving my community. My style is a straight-forward conversational approach that is both genuine and insightful. This way, we are able to create a safe space where one’s true self is welcomed and can provide a direct connection to the issues we will work on together. I like to bring a balance of humor, wit, and sensitivity to sessions. I know how hard it can be to go through life and feel like the weight on your shoulders is getting a little too heavy. Sometimes we feel alone and it’s hard to ask for help, but we are all deserving of finding purpose and adding meaning to our lives.
