We all have times where we need someone to listen. Sometimes, we don't even know why we feel unsettled. We are not broken or need to be fixed. We have the capacity to heal inside of ourselves. My job is to assist clients to find that voice inside, that "self" leadership that is our best guidance to our authentic self. I believe therapy is a parallel process where I walk next to you and I hold the space for your healing. Our work together is an opportunity for you to find your true north. Our work together will be what you want to accomplish and a deep discussion about your needs, issues and desires. I believe finding your authentic self is the foundation for all of our learning. I have training in multiple modalities that assist with this process (CBT, EMDR, IFS Informed, Motivational Interviewing and more). However, modalities do not always work and need to be tailored to fit a client's individual needs. Making time for this important work is brave. A huge accomplishment. Committing time to learning about your emotional landscape is a gift to yourself. Learning about ways of growing that you hadn't considered before builds compassion for yourself. I'm interested in making this journey walking next to you and listening to your story.
