I work best with those suffering from anxiety, panic attacks, overwhelm, trauma, or emotional flooding. I use solution-focused interventions and psycho-education to assist people in gaining an understanding of who they are and why they do what they do. I have experience in many modalities, from CBT, DBT, EMDR, and somatic therapy approaches. All you need to bring is openness and willingness to try. I say to my clients: “I have great news for you—your recovery and healing is up to you.
