Life is like staring into a box of colored pencils: No two are the same and might look a little chaotic when you initially look at them. The necessary time and space is given to assist in creating an open environment to assist in what you need to focus on, and what you bring into the space. You are in control, because this is your healing journey and as a clinician I am just here to assist and follow you down your path. The individual and their current needs are one of my main focuses. However, I do integrate multiple other therapy techniques that will assist the client in reaching their goals. I have an interest in being trauma-informed and applying art therapy techniques to clients who are interested.
