You may find yourself using old mental, physical & emotional coping tools to survive, yet feel unable to make real change. Your ally in holistic healing, I offer a supportive, warm presence so you can explore what's difficult, hone your strengths, & gain simple yet powerful mind/body tools. Within a framework of somatic (body-mind) psychotherapy, I offer EMDR, AF-EMDR, and Brainspotting. Teaching your brain, body and emotions to work together in new ways, I can help you to get free from painful life experiences that keep you stuck in negative patterns. I work with adults and teens challenged by stress, anxiety, depression, physical pain, and trauma. I support clients healing from the effects of race, class & gender inequities. All are welcome, including LGBTQI clients & poly/open clients.
