My name is Dr. Alyssa Quenzel (she/her) and I am a licensed psychologist in DE & NJ. Reaching out for support can be really difficult, but I hope to try and make it easier. I believes that in order for us to work through our struggles, we sometimes need another person to bear witness to our experiences. We are social beings and can't always do things alone! I want to help you feel better by supporting you through the tough times. One of my specialties is working with LGBTQIA+ and gender diverse folx, and their families. I can also help if you are struggling with relationship concerns, school-related issues, life transitions, family issues, self-confidence, stress management, anxiety, or general feelings of unhappiness. My goal is to collaborate with you on your needs and develop realistic goals, while creating a space that feels comfortable enough for you to open up and explore yourself honestly and authentically.
