Welcome! I am here to help you work through life's tough transitions and emotional difficulties. I provide an approach based in acceptance, but I also find it important to be direct and give concrete solutions and responses to my clients. I use many different treatment modalities, dependent on what best fits you and your needs. I have specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. I also recently obtained certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) as a specialist for women struggling with mood while pregnant through postpartum and beyond. My primary skills and experience are working with survivors of abuse, difficulty in life transitions, and sufferers of anxiety; but I am comfortable with and have experience in treating all ages, issues, and personalities.
