Life can take detours we never expected. Together we can explore where you are at today and draw a map for tomorrow. As clients desire and are comfortable, I am able to integrate spiritual components from either a shared Christian perspective, or a client’s preferred spiritual or expressive background. Art, drama, games, music, tactile, and storytelling are available during sessions. I graduated from Boise State University with a BA in Communication Training, Liberty University with a MA in Marriage and Family Counseling, and received my post-graduate training as a Certified Disability Rehabilitation Counselor from University of Kentucky. My clients describe me as warm, engaging, and educational. Whether they are 5 or 85 years old, they often see our times as their “safe space” to try on different versions of themselves and practice new skills. Our success in moving forward lies in building up the resources, flexibility, and confidence to manage the unexpected terrain ahead.
