Through the work I do with my clients, I use an integrative and holistic approach to help people in whatever stage of life they may be. The space I provide is non-judgemental, trusting and supportive. I hold a certification in the Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy model through the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association(EAGALA) and have had years of experience working in the field. Working in the experiential therapy world has taught me about the importance of being flexible with my clients and tailoring our sessions to fit your needs.
