I am a registered dance/movement therapist. I am passionate about the power of integrating the body, mind, and spirit; using my knowledge of clinical practice, neuroscience, Eastern philosophies, and movement systems to inform my work. I tailor my sessions to each individual, combining evidence-based techniques, movement, creativity, and ecotherapy. It can be intimidating to dive into the body or the arts, so I pace our sessions based on where each client feels comfortable.
