When first meeting with a client, I find that it is helpful to establish the client's reasoning behind attending services, common goals, and identify a plan of actions to achieve those goals. I believe that the client is the master of their own life, and I am a guide to better the client's overall health. I will work individually with clients in order to provide them with the best care possible, and ensure they are on track to meet their goals. I will provide a listening ear, an unbiased stance, and accountability to ensure they are on track to meet their goals. I offer a wide variety of experience in areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, behavior concerns, personality disorders, and much more! Although I have multiple years of experience working in the field, I believe that the client is the master of their own life. I am here to guide the client and walk alongside them on this journey.
