Everyone I have worked with over the years had some area of life that they wanted to see changes in. I see my role as a guide to help identify realistic, effective, and lasting skills to start the process of change, as well as identifying personal or interpersonal barriers that are getting in the way. Reaching out for help takes a lot. I will respect your personal values, beliefs, and views regardless if I share them or not. I specialize in adolescent and young adult issues, parenting and family conflict. Some sub specialties are anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. I am a huge outdoor person, and love kiteboarding, wing foiling, snowboarding, dirt biking, and anything underwater.
