Sometimes, events in our lives leave us feeling stuck, helpless, abandoned and alone. At times, emotions can overwhelm us giving us the impression we have no control over those feelings or the world surrounding us. I am passionate about helping people get to the root of the problem one session at a time. I understand every person is different and there is no one size fits all approach to healing. I am trained in evidence-based approaches to assist clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, familial conflict, and relationship issues. I specialize in treating children, adolescents, adults, and families.
