I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Intern, with a deep passion for working with people! I have been working with children, families and adults for over 20 plus years. It takes a lot of courage to seek help, especially when we are confused or hurting. My role is to help you overcome emotional barriers and nurture your resilience for a healthier life. Therapy can be an intimidating concept, especially when we are unfamiliar with the process, or we struggle in expressing our emotions. I specialize in working with adults and children that have experienced trauma. In addition, I am certified in Trauma Informed Practice, M.I., TF-CBT, Communication issues, Depression, Anxiety, Parenting, Adjustment Disorders as well as being trained in EMDR and Parts and Memory.
