My ideal client is an adult of any age looking to navigate life's challenges, whether they are with mental health, a life transition, career concerns, spirituality, or relational. My ideal client is ready to work through whatever has been holding them back. I enjoy working with individuals who want to become the best version of themselves, however they define it. I particularly enjoy working with depression and anxiety, religion and spirituality, and relationship concerns. I look forward to meeting and working with you. Anxiety and depression are a part of life for many. However, they serve a valuable purpose. Getting in touch with these feelings and the source of them can help us to see where changes need to be made in our lives to ultimately become our ideal selves. I have completed level one and two trainings in Parts and Memory therapy to assist in resolving past trauma I am a member of the LDS faith and have particular insight and interest in serving this population and helping individuals through whatever faith journey they may be in.
