Life can be an overwhelming experience and navigating mental health can be difficult. But I am here to navigate through these experiences with you. I am a licensed masters level psychologist. My desire is to enhance the mental health and emotional well- being of my clients, by providing everyone with appropriate person-centered and individualized therapy. I believe rapport is the driving force in developing healthy therapeutic relationship. I offer a safe, welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where everyone feels safe. I use evidence-based practices to support you through a person centered and strength based counseling. I specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, post-partum depression, self-confidence , trauma, self-harming, vocational career counseling, stress, anger management, oppositional defiance, and parent/child relations. I know life can be very busy with that in mind I offer my clients the flexibility of Telehealth only therapy.
