I provide compassionate, non-judgemental counseling for adolescents and adults on Maui and via telehealth in Hawaii and Washington state. I support individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, fertility issues and complicated pregnancies/births. I help clients make positive, healthy changes in their lives. The theories I use are Cognitive Behavioral and Mindfulness Therapy. Sessions often incorporate mindfulness tools such as meditation and relaxation techniques. I also offer support groups for adolescent girls from time to time. Through our work together, clients heal. They are often able to see the positive aspect of difficult situations more easily with the help of therapy. Clients learn to be more mindful, slow down, and become less distracted allowing for improved mental health and relationships.
