Each of us face difficulties we are not prepared for, creating chronic stress and anxiety that wears us down. We feel the impact in our bodies. We have difficulty focusing our mind. These are symptoms that I am trained to heal. My expertise in somatic therapy and down to earth approach will bring relief from the emotional pain, physical effects and scars of trauma. I integrate my expertise in Somatic Experiencing, a body-oriented approach to healing, with relational psychotherapy and mindfulness practice to look more deeply at who you are and how to heal. I work with young adults, teenagers (ages 14 to 19) and adults looking for relief from anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD, health crises, and addiction. I also offer trauma-informed yoga for individuals and groups looking for deeper connection.
