My goal is to help an individual or family get past the feelings of anxiety, depression, frustration, aggravation, and the complexities in life that are holding them back from living longer and more meaningful lives. This could be accomplished by either resolving the problem or issue that is tormenting the person or family, or finding out better ways to live with it. Although there cannot always be total resolution over life’s problems or issues, given the right treatment plan we have worked on together, inner peace can be achieved. I'm a counselor with over 15 years of crisis management, 10 years of post-graduate education, and many local connections in the area of psychology that I use to help people get through difficult times in their life. I’m one who has been called thorough with his work and one who looks into a person’s past to help find connections in the root cause of it all. Typically, I start with a telephone conversation through Simply Practice before our first in-office visit. The office is located in the heart of St. Louis County.
