I have an extensive background working with children (ages 4 and up) and adolescents related to behavioral issues, anger, and mood disorders. Also many years working with adults, veterans, families, and couples. Goal is to strengthen individuals and families with strategies to develop effective relationships, communication, life and social skills. I have over 20 years of experience and specialize working with families, couples, adults with various mood disorders, children, and substance abuse. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy. I also have many years of working with various types of trauma. Over the past year, I have also become a life coach. The first step is accepting that you need to make a change or receive some guidance in your life.
