We hold the answers to our problems, but having a caring and honoring presence can help us become unstuck. Counseling can be an important part of our journey to becoming the best version of ourselves in all areas of our lives. I approach clients with compassion, empathy, and kindness to work collaboratively on whatever you are going through. I work with a variety of individual clients from young professionals to middle aged adults. My specialities include: grief/loss, anxiety, Christian faith and spirituality concerns, relationship issues, communication, loss of relationship, codependency, self esteem issues, women's issues, relational trauma, depression, career concerns, and mood disorders. A strong relationship between the counselor and client is the key for successful therapy. It's my goal to walk alongside you as you become the best version of yourself.
