Welcome! Are you an adult, teen, or parent of a teen who struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, difficulty adjusting to life transitions (career change, relocation, loss, parenting), drug experimentation, and/or opioid use? Counseling has helped countless people just like you navigate their daily challenges, and I am here to support you! I am a person-centered, trauma-informed therapist, who utilizes a variety of techniques. In my office, no topics are taboo, honest thoughts and feelings are welcomed, inappropriate humor is accepted, tears are allowed, and anger is not shunned. Art may be utilized if interested and you’ll find fidgets, coffee/tea, snacks, plants, and a cozy place to sit! I align with harm reduction and welcome clients who are prescribed methadone or buprenorphine for opioid use disorder. I will also support friends or family members of someone battling dependence on opiates who may need emotional care as they navigate the stress, worry, or grief. You belong.
