With the right support, a little humility, some vulnerability, and motivation for self-exploration, you can live your best life! Individual life experiences shape and interconnect us all. I came into this work with a lot of life experience and as a part of my own wellness journey; I'm eager to share with you what I know about healing and how to weather your storms. I work with adults ages 18 to 99+. I offer EMDR and Brainspotting with a focus in helping clients process trauma. I also have special areas of interest in helping clients work through adjustment, mid-life issues, and grief in addition to working with older adults and/or their caregivers. We will take a collaborative approach to your wellness journey. I am empathetic, genuine, supportive, and insightful. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your unique journey.
