I am a licensed professional clinical counselor who has been working in this field for the past ten years. During that time I have worked in both private practice and community mental health where I have treated a wide variety of disorders, conditions, and life stressors. I aim to offer a compassionate, solution driven, and confidentially environment. During the course of my career I have learned that no two situations are the same and interventions need to be tailored to individual situations. I specialize in working with life stressors, anxiety, and depression diagnoses. I have also been successful working with behavioral issues in youth. I have recently completed training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help manage emotional and mood disorders.
