Most people experience times in life when they don’t know how to cope or don’t know what to do about something they are struggling with. Some people struggle for years, either alone or in their relationships, before they are ready to talk with someone about things they want to change in their life. Some feel content in life except in one area, and they could use an unbiased third party to help them solve that last piece of their puzzle. I offer unconditional positive regard as I help you through your struggles. I work with clients to teach new tools and strategies for coping with stressful situations. Some therapies I use are person-centered, DBT, emotion focused, strength-based, and IFS. My experience working at Hale Kipa and UH Hilo helped me understand a broad range of human struggles. I believe every person has the ability to transform their life. The universe leads each person on their own unique path.
