It takes some serious guts (and often - pain) to come to a place of resolve and change. If you’re here reading this, you’ve likely been through it… The individual who usually finds the most growth with me is someone who is ready to enact positive, healthy change in their life and build/foster beneficial relationships. They have come to a place where the pain of staying the same has become greater than the pain of change. My client can rely on me to challenge thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve, but especially to support, encourage, and be a safe place to land! I utilize Narrative and Experiential Therapies to challenge problematic stories we tell ourselves and rewrite our roles in them, learning how to live presently and understand emotion. Additionally, I specialize in trauma work with informed modalities like Brainspotting and Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to integrate and heal adverse experiences. Change is hard!
