I commend you for taking this first step towards prioritizing your mental and emotional wellbeing. Choosing to be on this journey of change, growth and healing shows great courage and valuable insight. At times, we all feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, depression; experience loss, frustrations at work and challenges within relationships.
