Life is hard sometimes, and it is an act of bravery to reach out to someone when you are struggling. It is one of the great honors of my life to be present with someone as they work through really difficult moments in life, helping them find (or remember) what makes them resilient and capable, and helping them find (or remember) what makes life beautiful and worth living.
