Unfortunately, I am not accepting new clients at this time. I work primarily with adults experiencing emotional challenges. This often looks like depression, anxiety, or grief. I also work with individuals going through a transition in life, relationships, career, or health status. During a difficult season in life we are more open to learning new skills and perspectives. My approach to therapy is personable and collaborative. I help people who feel stuck or lost identify what is getting in the way so that they can live a meaningful life. My theoretical approach to therapy is a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused therapy.
