My ideal client is one who is ready to take this journey. Whether you have a game plan or not, I will collaborate with you to find something that works. I enjoy putting pieces of the puzzle together to get a better understanding of the client as a whole. Each person is so unique in their experiences and struggles that every day is an opportunity. An opportunity to start over and move forward. I would love to be able to work with you to explore your hidden strengths. We are all born with nature strengths and I feel it's essential to use those traits to our advantage. I offer a very laid back style. I borrow from several different modalities to be able to cater each treatment plan to your specific needs. I feel that everyone has a story to tell and that each person is their own expert. I am sarcastic by nature, so I will incorporate humor in session if it's appropriate. Humor is food for the soul. I understand how uncomfortable it can be to reach out for help. A lot of times we don't know what to expect or if therapy will even work. I have personally been on both sides of the couch, so I can relate to what you are feeling.
